I have sephora water proof eye make up remover... Works like a charm. If you don't wanna buy that then just wash your face with your usual cleanser and scrub your eyes (make sure not to get any of it in your eye!)

@Clara- I tried doing it, the mascara didn't go Infact it made my eye area dark..lol
I have heard olive oil works.I also tried that but it made my eye area soo oily, then removing olive oil was a pain

Then I suggest to just invest in some waterproof makeup remover :p they're not too expensive and they do the job! I had the same problem, my mom got me this amazing mascara that was like impossible to get out, but then I bought the remover and it came off very easily.
