What are ways to make your legs smooth after or during shaving?

What are ways I can make my legs smooth and shiny after I shave? I use shave cream but it doesn't make a big difference, or make them shiny. Help?

You can shave with baby oil as a shaving cream and apply lotion right after you get out of the shower

I use my hair conditioner as shaving cream and its so soft on my sensitive skin and it leaves my legs soft. and after I finish shaving I apply coco butter vaseline lotion and my legs are soft, and smooth and shiny.

I know you said you use shaving cream & it doesn't help so much, but I promise you that eos is the absolute best shaving cream. It moisturizers for 24 hours after shaving and always makes my legs feel super soft. Also what kind of razor do you use? I would recommend ones with moisture strips like Venus & Olay. Between the moisturizing shaving cream, moisturizing razor, and lotion you should be good to go girl (:

I shave with soft soap, it's a brand I can't remember exactly but it makes your legs so smooth.
