I tried dying my hair a dark redish color on my jet black hair.. it didnt work as I thought it did n if left my hair having dark red streaks n looked purple in the sun or lighting. which I thought was pretty koo so I left it like that.its been a full year since I dyed my hair and I thought it'd come out by now but it's still there. :/ any tips on how to get it out..?

Bleaching it is really all you can do. If you shampoo and condition it a lot it will come out a little but not to much.

Lol that's why I don't dye my hair black it's really difficult to get it out. I'll suggest going to a professional to get it bleached.

Are you trying to get the red out or the black? Bleaching your hair can be very damaging to your hair.

Get it stripped at the salon or by a stripping kit yourself, they're not expensive either:)
