Technically Vaseline is not a moisturizer. It just seals the moisture in. So if you go with that option, use it over top another moisturizer. But really the petroleum jelly ingredient in it is so heavy, it clogs pores easily. I don't reccommend this for use on your face/sensitive skin, if that is what you are thinking of. Try looking at Shea butters or pure Cocoa butters! Lush also has a few really great moisturizers and they are almost completely natural (and smell amazing) plus they support great causes. Good luck in your search!

Search for different types of essential oils such as argan oil, jojoba oil, and see what the benefits of each will be. Sea buckthorn cream is also good, and calms redness. Cocoa butter cream or coconut oil based cream would be a good shout if you don't want to do research into oils though.
