-Show your personality, it's what draws viewers to you
-do videos you wanna do not ones that are in, you wanna seem passionate in what you're doing
-don't JUST do tags and stuff, try and do you own original thing (original makeup looks, look books etc)
-try and get a high quality camera

Try to not ramble and repeat so much stuff like I see on so many guru's channels. It makes people lose interest. Also, remember that you don't need all high end products, or perfect expensive everything to be beautiful. Remember to remind girls that they are all beautiful, as people and not just as viewers. Try to not do too many haul videos; I see way too many of those on certain channels for them to seriously not be bragging. Stay real, and don't try to make your life look like its all a big fairy tail. I can't stress this one enough, because constantly hearing about trips the gurus go on and who theyve met can only make us so happy for them.
