Need serious pimple help!

So I have one of those undergrown pimples that is like under the skin an has nothing in them but its big and red and I can't do anything to get rid if it and its been in my face for long enough! Any suggestions? Thanks so much!

I actually poked it with a needle very carefully and then put vitasilina over so it would dry it out

Warm compresses 3x a day should bring it to a head an it will burst like a normal pimple just DONT pop it.

I have squeezed lemon juice on a cotton balla and held it there and also used a wet tea bag. Just don't irritate it by trying to pop it because it will probably just get worse. Just a few suggestions (:

Don't do anything!! if you do these things, you may irritate the skin && somwthing bad will happen, <sorry, I forgot> you nees to do to a dermatologist, they will pop your pimples

Not toothpaste lol use benzoyl peroxide gel. Brands like Neutrogena and Clearasil and Clean & Clear have it in their spot treatments. You can get it at the drugstore.
