Honestly. I just use a 1$ eyebrow/eyeliner pencil and a matching eyeshadow powder with the pallete I have.

Covergirl has a great two in one eye brow and eye liner pencil. It comes with a sharpener. Also any clear mascara works as brow gel.

I always cheap drugstore ones. there are so many options you can use eye liner pencil, eye shadow, eye brow pencil... any as long as they match the colour of your eye brows. I recomment the rimmel eye brow pencil. its cheap and good quality. I know its available in the UK but ain't sure about the us

I personally use only pencil on mine, I like Revlon (4-5$) or Jordana (1-2$). And just a regular spoolie (1-10$) with just the Elf clear gel to set for the day ($1)
