You can wear neutral colors with it, like chartreuse, cream, charcoal, black, navy, or other hues of those colors. You could even wear shirts the color of the flowers on the boots, and jeans would be perfect.

A nude or pink (maybe even a green) top would be cute also. You could also do a black with white print (or white with black print) band shirt with it. A black skirt or high-waisted shorts with or without tights, fishnets, or legging (white, nude, or black). I can think of lots.
