I have this concealer its very thick and conceals very well. but I'm not sure if I should put it on my lid for primer or if its a good under concealer.

I use pixi foundation as primer it works good but it's really light I would use a light one if I were you!

Mix a little foundation to thin it out and use that as undereye concealer.
It wouldn't work well for a primer, as a base yes. Put on an eyelid primer then use the concealer on top as a neutralizer :)
