My scalp has been sore/itchier than usual. I don't use heat on my hair. Any suggestions?

For your itchy scalp, try using a moisturizing shampoo or something with aloe or shea butter in it. Your sore scalp could be caused from wearing too tight ponytails or just having it up in general. Maybe try wearing it down for a few days. Hope this helps you :)
