Get alittle trim and than use moroccan oil or coconut oil and make sure to use heat protectant or no heat!! I havent used heat all summer and it feels way healthier :)

If its really damaged, you're going to have to cut it unfortunately. There's no way to "mend" split ends. But after you give it a trim, definitely condition it with coconut oil or my favorite deep conditioner which is L'Oreal Total Repair 5 Damage Erasing Balm. It's $5 at the drugstore!

Well a haircut first of all, no matter how great a product is it cannot bring your split ends "back to life" unfortunately
I really suggest using coconut oil though, I bleached by hair to dye it red and used heat on it all the time last year and it was super dead. Coconut oil really helped that. I suggest looking into it
Also, don't use heat for a bit
