I've tried the serum, I really like it and it makes my hair feel super soft! I'm not 100% sure on long term effects because I do a lot of different treatments and use a lot of oils so I can't give accurate results haha but it was very nice and actually quite detangling.

I also tried the serum, and I agree with Brittany. It makes your hair temporarily soft and frizz-free but I don't think it helps it in the long run.
