If the ends are broken or damaged then you need to get a trim. When your hair is trimmed heat up coconut oil and massage it into your hair and head. Coconut oil makes hair grow faster and it feels so soft and looks really shiny and healthy after :)

Well dead ends keeps hair from growing so trim the dead ends off and it will help your hair grow. Also if you use a straightener or curler or wand or blow dryer a lot that can keep your hair from growing. I suggest cutting down from that or buying heat spray to put in your hair before you use these styling tools.

YOU CAN't FORCE HAIR GROWTH
it's a genetic-annoying thing like how fast your eyebrows grow gross, or how tall you'll be. Healthier hair grows BETTER not faster, hair grows about half an inch a month. You can keep your hair healthier, and stop hindering growth, you can't force anything on your body to grow. Except like those male part ads 😳 BUT keep your hair healthy, regular trims, CUT DOWN on washing, or try and go for a no-poo-do (google this. It's heavenly) I HIGHLY recommend rinsing your hair with vinegar alone once a week or two, removes product buildup, and I add a drop or two of honey every time I wash my hair, makes it stronger. Also and lastly, try skipping on washing it. Opt for a dry shampoo every other day, or braids to hide a little oil. Shampoo is detergent, I recommend googling "is shampoo like detergent" or something similar

And deep condition. to keep moisture if your hair isnt oily. moisture really helps hair to grow. also use natural oils on your scalp like eucalyptus or peppermint oil to increase blood circulation to activate your hair follices and therefore increase hair growth (it also helps with dandruff)

Trim the bad ends because what happens is they will split and break off and when your hair grows because hair always is growing it doesent appear to get any longer. and just eat healty and drink a lot and don't use heat on your hair as much as possible I told my self I'm only going to use heat on my hair 2 times a week and my hairs soooo much better! hope this helped all the other comments are great advice to:)
