Yes it's really pretty, I wrote a few tips on someone else's question for pictures and ill copy and paste them :
Primer: do not use a primer when taking pictures, you want your foundation to sink into your skin not sit on top of it.
Foundation: Find a foundation with low or no SPF, as it tends to give you a white cast. Also, make sure it matches your neck perfectly because it is noticeable in pictures.
Concealer: Make sure it matches your foundation, if it's darker or lighter it can stand out and draw more attention to what you're trying to hide.
Powder: don't use a translucent powder, because it may make you look like you have a white cast, similar to the SPF effect. Apply one in your shade lightly over oily areas and wherever you applied concealer only to avoid a completely unnaturally matte face
Bronzer: I do recommend controlling a little at least, because sometimes the flash gets rid of your natural contours and may look unflattering. Use a taupe or cool toned brown to recreate shadows.
Blush: blush is important because it makes you look more natural, and makes your skin look less fake. If you don't want the powdery look go for a cream or liquid blush, but use it right before your powder to avoid the cakey look.
Eyeshadow: I suggest you keep it neutral, a nice shimmery champagne on the lid to draw light to your eyes and a matte brown in the crease to create depth. Finish off by adding a white into the inner corner and under the brow bone to draw light to those areas and create highlight. If you're not comfortable with eyeshadow you can go with none but I do recommend at least using the white highlight.
Eyeliner: I don't recommend using anything dark in the waterline because it may make your eyes seem closed or tired. But to define your eyes apply a thin line on the top lash line and wing it out if you'd like to give you a more feminine look.
Mascara: apply on top and bottom to open up the eyes and define them.
Lips: go for something neutral, like a nude or a light pink, bright colours tend to smudge, and anything super bright may alter the lighting in the picture.
Hair: do something that frames your face nicely, like curls or waves, I don't recommend clipping your bangs up, because it tends to make you look like your forehead is bigger than it really is.
Remember this is in no way a rule book and you can adapt this to suit your liking.
