Hiii! I've wanted a naked palette for so long, but I found out that they test on animals, so out the door with that idea. What are some 100% cruelty free eyeshadows that are as quality as urban decay?

They may say that they're cruelty-free, but they are owned by L'Oreal who does test on animals. So your money still goes toward the funding of animals testing.
