How long does it last?

If you're talking about how long it lasts until a few beads fall off, maybe a few hours. However, it takes a full day before the beads falling off are noticeable and a full two days before all of the beads come off. Even if you're careful, be prepared to have to remove your polish in a day or two. Also, don't top coat it the entire nail, just the tips, or the bead color will run and it won't look nearly as impressive. Good news: The polish and remaining beads are super easy to remove.

Ok I probably won't even buy it because it's like $30 at sephora, thanks! :)

You're welcome. But, if you change your mind, you can buy micro beads at any craft store and they're the same thing, just a lot cheaper.

Ok good idea thanks again haha. :)

I have the caviar nails on right now, and they have lasted me about a week. Sure, a few balls at the tip of my nail have fallen off, but I have no complaints about their performance.

> They're little beads I bought just to do it. craft store, like .50 and I didn't even come close to making a dent in the supply. Paint the nail, let it dry, clear coat and dip in beads while still wet, position with finger and toothpick, and fill in spaces with more beads and clear polish over the top to seal them in.

And also you can put a top over the caviar beads but not too much cause they bleed, smh I'm going to buy the craft store beads.

Are those your nails? They look great! I am thinking of doing just on my ring finger to see how I like it and if it works I might do all my naiks

Plus the lady at sephora said that u have to use the ciate nail polish with the beads because there's something in the polish that attaches them but I guess that's not true

Psh I did this like 3 years ago with craft beads!!! It was for a party, and let me tell you it is quite a hassle! Granted, I am a derm/trichotillomaniac so I scratch my skin and pick at my hair obsessively, but they really do not last long at all. If you do do it, only expect it to last you the night. It's an awesome effect, and it's pretty eyecatching, but it's almost more work than it's worth

Yup, those are my natural nails, and regular polish works just fine on them. I used a healthy amount of clear over the top and had no smearing issues. :)

I used the craft beads and a top coat the other night and mine smeared horribly!! =(
