I've been really thinking a lot about which one to use because I love having curls in my hair but I don't wanna damage it that much so what do you think?

Personally it's best to sleep on foam rollers it's so easy just to wake up and take them out

I agree with Emery I do that and they come out beautiful and they last a long time for me they come out better then with my curling iron.

I love foam rollers. Just wake up with your hair already done, just run your fingers through the curls and theyll last all day.

Not to mention that curling takes FOREVER and ruins your hair.

I put in foam rollers when I had wet hair and then slept on them. I woke up and they were a pain to take out and I didn't have a single curl! Did I do something wrong??::/

@enid l you have to much hair in the curler or your hairs really thick so I didnt curl, make smaller sections of hair!! You could use a hairspray or curling mouse to help with the curls!! I recommend sleeping on your curls after you take a shower, but make sure there not to damp or too dry!!

Putting in a sock bun makes your hair curly without heat that's what I do sometimes.

I adore hot rollers! I don't feel like the do any damage to my hair. they get hot, but not as hot as a curling iron most of the time. the curls the give are gorgeous and they last all day which is not something I can say about most curling irons. I do like foam rollers, but they often turn out way too tight and make me have crazy hair.

@Enid, if your hair is wet it won't curl. It has to very barely damp or dry:)

For foam rollers to work you have to have damp not wet/ almost dry hair put small sections in each roller. In the morning take them out spray with hair spray and go.
