If you're getting the highlights done professionally then I say go for it :) It'll add dimension to your hair especially when you curl it.

You should get lowlights. you can go longer between salon visits and they look so good! I tried low lights and absolutely loved. I like the color btw.

Without! You're skin complexion is too dark and it will make you look washed out! From a professional point of view you wouldn't be able to get the colour in the picture :)
