My hair has been dyed and relaxed multiple times before, and it's left my hair damaged and dry. And let's not forget all that heat damage! >_< What shampoos or conditioners would you recommend?

Tresemme and Garnier. Both awesome and have special ones for heat damaged hair. Hope this helps!

Try Pro Naturals Moroccan Argan Oil Shampoo and Conditioner! it specializes in dry and damaged hair and you can get it from beyas.ca. The way you use it is you apply the shampoo and conditioner normally for about a week, then you stop using it for 6 weeks, using your regular shampoo and conditioner. Then you use the argan oil shampoo for another week and see the difference :)

Organix Awapuhi Ginger Shampoo + Conditioner. It's a really really gentle set that honestly helps your hair so much. I also use Joico's Moisture Recovery and Neutrogena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Hair Mask.

Lush's Jasmine & Henna Fluff Eaze is the best hair mask in the world and helps tame frizz, as well as their R&B.

Make sure you use heat protectant like CHI's Iron Guard or Redken's Smooth Down Heat Glide.

Try and use Moroccan Oil (the Organix brand is wonderful too). CHI Silk Infusion is also really amazing. x
