I really love Sonia kashuk at target. They usually have sets which are actually a better deal. I got this set for 25$ and it is awesome

Target up&up makes my favorite crease brush (even better than my sigma) for like 3 bucks. Elf makes my favorite eyeliner brush for 1 buck.

Real Techniques hands down is the best if looking for super affordable brushes that offer a beautiful outcome. I have a few myself and I'm really happy with them.
