Matte or Shimmer?

BOTH. matte eyeshadows are great for natural looks or looks that you want to be very clean. shimmer eyeshadows are easy to blend, but sometimes can look messy depending on what colors. either way i love both!!

It depends. For summer I lean towards shimmery shadows but as a rule I gravitate towards matte shades.

I prefer shimmer because it gives a classier and like I've put in a lot of effort in my makeup. I only like matte lipsticks and makeup for face such as foundation, blush and bronzer.

I prefer matte eye shadows, as they seem to provide more color pay-off. If I want a bold, sparkly look, I reach for the glitter. I feel like shimmery shadows are in a non-committal place between glitter and matte. I do tend to work with shimmer a bit more than I'd like, because I find mattes difficult to find on a budget.

Shimmer of course! BUT matte looks better on the brow bone :)
