I dyed my hair red and some parts are brighter than others. I used Splat dye in crimson obsession and I want to re dye my hair to make it brighter. But I don't know if it will make some parts brighter or uneven. I want to use lore high color highlights in magenta or manic panic.

Its looks more red in the picture but the top of my head is brown underneath my hair is brighter red and the other parts are just a dark red.
