Pimples Turning Into Wound-Like Scars?!

So this past weekend I had a mini breakout and every pimple kinda went from a reddish bump to a wound looking scar. I've seen this happen on only my cheeks before but now its happening everywhere. any help?

Thus usually happens if you pop them. I do, but only because I have freckles so it blends in :)

This doesn't help after you've gotten the scars but I thought you might find it useful, use sudocrem on a pimple just when its starting to emerge and leave it overnight, usually the pimple is gone by the next morning :) works wonders for me!
