Basically I always have REALLY bad bags under my eyes :L there even really purple sometimes :(( I hate them, even when I get a Full night sleep I have bags? I drink at least 2 glasses of water everyday among other fluids so I don't think my skin is dehydrated? I tried cucumber slices and that made them not as bad but still obvious? I wear glasses to watch TV if that makes a Difference? Please help? My skin is EXTREMELY sensitive especially around my eyes so nothing too strong.

Well you should definitely be drinking more than 2 glasses of water! 8 is what's recommended

Sleep sleep sleep! try putting a mixture of lotion olive oil and lemon juice under your eyes that should take down the darkness a bit. Try a consealer with caffine I think garnier has one.

CVS makes their own clear caffeine roller that is cooling and de-puffing while saving some coinage. Stay hydrated and elevate your head a bit more than you normally do when resting...even if it's only watching TV, but especially at bedtime. Physicians Formula makes a color corrector for the undereye that is yellow-based; this should negate the purple/blue areas that you're concerned with. I'd apply with a light hand and Beauty Blender. There is a pricy peach toned concealer by Napoleon Perdis called "The One", but I honestly feel Physicians makes a great product. YouTube WayneGossMakeupArtist and undereye circles for an easy tutorial on banishing under eye shadows. Oftentimes this is a hereditary issue, but a little extra sleep, vitamin and mineral rich foods and water do wonders for brightening one's complexion. Lastly, Sephora makes a single use cooling and brightening eye mask that may be of help. For puffy areas, there's always the good ole' spoon in the freezer trick..which is fantastic. :)
