If they are only tiny bumps on the surface of the skin and no red or getting larger each day, then those are the types of bumps that form on the skin usually from eating too much junk food. If you've made any changes to your diet that could be the reason. First, I suggest drinking a lot of water. This will take some of the toxins out d your skin. Try and sweat at least once a day by some sort of except use. This flushes your pores and keeps them from clogging. I also suggest using an astringent, which can be found at the drugstore by almost every skin care brand. I recommend clean and clear essentials astringent for sensitive skin. This contains salycilic acid which targets impurities in the skin. Before using the toner, use a light facial cleanser. For sensitive skin, Spectro jel is perfect because it does not foam like many harsh cleansers which dry out the skin. Spectro is a jel that can be used on wet or dry skin, and it cleanses while protecting the skins natural moisture. I think Spectro is about 12 or 13 dollars but it is a much larger bottle than many other cleansers and will last you half a year or more.

Try the Cetaphil cleanser for oily/acne-prone skin. My skin is really sensitive and this is one of the few cleansers that helped with my acne without irritating my skin or drying it out too much. Here are more tips: bit.ly/Ze1HKQ.
