I'm a Mary Kay consultant and I had that problem on my temples but it was a mix between that and acne. I used the blemish toner and it helped me. (Its actually why I became a consultant! Lol)

I think witch hazel is pretty much everywhere. I use it on my dog cause she gets Schnauzer bumps. If you want the Mary Kay toner you can ask your beauty consultant. Do you have one with Mary Kay? If not I can help you and mail you some! Lol.

If it works for your dog maybe it should for me too ha. I was about to say I don't have a beauty consultant but I think that would be so great lol that would be so much help! (:

See a derm. This appears to be cystic acne and puts you at risk for scarring.

I agree with Rozberry! A derm is your best bet. If you can't afford that then an esthetician is the next best option.
I suspect you're using products that are too harsh for your face and/or too many products that are confusing your skin. it could also just be a hormonal change though.
