Yes of course you can buy from Ebay. I use to sell and buy. Just pay close attention to the sellers reviews and the description of the item. Make sure it states factory sealed. Make sure to contact the buyer with any questions. If you message them asking if its new and turns out it wasnt you will definatly get a full refund. Ebay has access to all messages between customers.
But never buy MAC most likely itll be fake

I have bought plenty an never had a problem the have a buyers protection plan if you get anything you don't like you can return an get your money back I only ever had to asked for a refund one time an thats because it was lost in the mail and I got my money back within 24 hrs people are always worried if the products are authentic well if you can read then you will see its clearly marked on the sellers page if it is or not just check there reviews.

I have I just make sure I read reviews and if they are stores etc - I've also seen a lot of people sell fake stuff so watch that but I can normally tell by the reviews

Always check reviews of the product you're wanting from that person, they could be trying to give you something fake so just make sure. I've never had a problem with buying stuff on eBay until yesterday a pair of pants came in and they have period stains -_-
