Incorporate more strawberries and grapes into your diet. The acid in them are natural whiteners :)

I heard that baking soda and peroxide works really good. It will taste bad but just use mint mouthwash after. Hope this helped:)

If you use harsh ingredients to whiten your teeth or even if they are acidic follow up with a toothpaste that rebuilds your enamel.

What I do is I mix baking soda and fresh lemon juice so it becomes a paste the rub it on your teeth and keep it there for a minute. If you go over a minute it can start to wear away your enamel. It can be messy.

I just found out why the Guy am talking to has extremely white teeth. He uses Arm and hammer toothpaste. The taste is yuk but it really works. I myself going to use it.
