What's all these Brown dots on my face I have them a lot on my nose but I don't think there black heads and there not pimples. I see girls with clear skin not little dots everywhere what foundation or cream should I get to hide and possibly to exterminate them will be better. I would rather get store bought items rather then online. Not so expensive if possible. Thanks you guys. :3.

Try a black head clearing face wash clean and clears makes a good one , the a great concealer is hard candy glamoflauge you can find it at Walmart

I also have a bit of redness near my nose and something that looks like stretch marks on my nose what the heck?
