I just bought some lush charcoal soap for my chestne and bacne, but haven't heard much reviews on it??

If you're talking about coal face it depends on the type of body acne you have. is the acne due to excessive oil or is it more of a hormonal issue?

Coal face is going to be more effective on skin that has an oil imbalance. fresh pharmacy has ingredients that are going to be more effective on hormonal acne because of the calamine powder and the antibacterial tea tree oil will kill the acne causing bacteria.
lush makes a shower smoothie called dreamwash that has similar ingredients to fresh pharm but less soap. I would use the coal face for one week to see if you notice a difference. if no dice then I would exchange it for some fresh pharm and get a sample of dreamwash.
