Sharpener or Retractible?

Awhile ago I got the mac pro longwear eyeliner in Black ice and the lady told me it was a retactible one but it doesn't look like it and it tried sharpening it but it didnt work I need some help ladies.

Hi Miranda,

Unless they recently changed their packaging, I believe it's not retractable but does need to be manually sharpened. Beware though - because of the creamy texture you can be sharpening for days and not realize that all the product is building up in the sharpener. If anyone else has any insight about them changing the packaging I'd be curious to know as well!
