Apply your base coat, Rimmel do colours similar to them, add dots of your other colour then I found using black liquid eyeliner to do more dots and outline 2 sides of in this case pink dot. Wait for it to dry then apply a clear coat. Hope that helps.

You can get a black striper brush to use as Charlotte described, pretty much as she said just don't be afraid to do some random marks or dots in between :)
