It is possible :) it looks like there are quite a lot of fine hairs, so plucking would be very time consuming. I think going to a salon and getting them waxed would be a good idea. Then learn how to fill them in the the desired shape.

Get a salon to pluck the excess fine hairs. Then learn how to fill in that shape. Your brows are too fine to achieve that shape w/o filling them in, so you may as well just get rid of the excess little hairs. :)

Yes. get them waxed and threaded and then fill them in with powder. use concealer to clean it up.
