What colour eyeshadow should I use?

I found this top hiding in my wardrobe I thought it was lost forever and I was wondering what colour eye shadow I should wear with it? I have blue eyes if that helps :)

I'm normally not one for natural makeup, but I think a light orange-y color crease color would look popping against tans :) plus its the opposite to your eye color so even a light orange will pop and make your eyes appear brighter as well :) very cute top, btw.
