My prom is coming up and I dot know what type of eye make up should I do. My dress is black with a tinge of red :) I decided red for my lips but not sure for my eyes. Any suggestions?

I agree, your going to rock a bold red lip (good for you! rock it!) so I would leave the lips as your focus and go simple on the eyes. Personally, I would go with a natural brown smokey eye, but jazz it up with some thick, winged, black liner. And if your up for it, throw some glitter on top of the liner!
