My four head has so many zits on it. I don't know how to get rid of them. What should I do to get rid of them? Help please!

I use Quinoderm but, use this clean and clear product which, as far as I know has 10% benzoyl peroxide. That should be all you need.

I use it morning and night. With a really good moisturiser because it can be a little drying but, it honestly worked for me. This is the moisturiser I use. :)

Cetaphil dose wonders over night you will see a major difference and it works so fast

Tea tree oil you can get it at most vitamin stores or tooth paste that works too

Dermalogica hit the spot is great or panoxyl 10, prescription strength but buy over the counter.
