I had fairly great skin for a while and lately I've started breaking out. What's wnat best way to cover acne? I use Mac studio fix fluid foundation, and the cream pot concealer with studio fix powder and I have oily/combo skin. thanks!

Use witch hazel and a ziplock flag full of ice before you go to sleep I will remove blemishes and tone and make your face nice and plump.

Use a brush to conceal the redness around the acne, then use a dotting/sponging/pressing motion on top to pack on more product. Press down with powder, creating a flat skin illusion. This format is much better than just straight up smearing it across the acne.

I heated mac breaks people out I use the studio fix fluid but it's defiantly not my every day foundation, buy some face masks and a new foundation for daily use I personally think mac is too thick for every day use it clogs up pores.

Well a lot of people think Mac is bad for your face honestly I love Mac and I had bad skin issues in the pass and if you just makesure you wash your face before you go to sleep you should be okay. one tip make sure not to touch your face because you will only make it worse and am sure you don't want scares. Try using honey

I've been using that foundation, concealer and powder combo for over a year, and I've never had a problem before now.

Have you been washing your face and removing your makeup thoroughly? I suggest getting a face mask to clear out any built up dirt and oil and using a facial scrub a few times a week. For the mask I use and like Freeman's Avocado and Oatmeal mask and for the scrub I love Burt's Bees Citrus Facial Scrub. Also be sure that you're washing with a cleanser and water. Makeup wipes only get the top layer and there's still a bunch stuck in the pores. Purity Made Simple is one of my favorite cleansers along with Philosophy's Clear Days Ahead cleanser and Shea Moisture's African Black Soap face & body bar.
