Looking for a new foundation. can be powder or liquid. medium to full coverage for everyday oily skin that does not feel thick. I prefer high end recommendations that won't break me out. hypoallergenic is a plus but doesn't have to be(:

two questions does it need to be set with powder? how is the lasting powder with and without setting it with powder?

thanks girls!!

I agree with @Pamela P. but for a setting powder you can just use cornstarch, and it works well and you don't have to touch up.

I use the NO7 beautifully matte and it is oil free so does not break me out and it's medium to full coverage. And I have also used revlon color stay which is good and there is one specifically for oily skin which stays on all day oil free and full coverage!

For liquid foundation I like the Revlon whipped and the ELF acne fighting foundation. For powder I like the Rimmel Stay Matte. Also if you have oily skin, invest in some milk of magnesia to use as a primer.

I like revlon colorstay liquid and whipped foundations in the oily/combination skin formulas. Rimmel stay matte is a great power too.

Thanks girls however I tried the revlon colorstay and it broke me out.
I already own a powder I love and use just looking for a new foundation that is high-end rather than drugstore but thanks I'll look up the ones recommended (:

Tarte Amazonian Clay foundation/concealer. The only downside is I feel it can be a bit too drying. It doesn't make my face feel uncomfortable, but it will dry out blemishes so they flake off (which is a good thing overall) and it doesn't look so great over those areas. But I do like it. It doesn't break me out more like the last foundation and BB cream I used. I think maybe getting a setting spray that's a little bit moisturizing and touching up with it throughout the day would help it not be too dry. I could also be experiencing that because I use the Amazonian clay powder too. I don't like any stickiness so I probably use a bit too much and that on top of the foundation probably really overdries it lol.
