Um, I think everything is fine, except for the jacket. Replace with a black leather jacket, that's cut off at the end.

The cardigan will take the attention Way from the rest of the outfit! So I would say skip the cardigan for a more plain looking one but the rest of the outfit is beautiful

I like it with the sweater, but the jewelry is overkill. Earrings and necklace and bangle and purse and heels... too much! Especially with the loud sweater.
