Please. do not use toothpaste. Many contain ingredients that can burn tender skin. I suggest tea-tree oil. Burt's bees has a tea tree roll on for spots, but any drugstore should have it over by the vitamins. Apply a small amount with a q-tip. Neutrogena makes a great heal and conceal "on the spot" tinted acne treatment that is fast acting. Also available at most drug stores.
