Wash your skin with dish soap (Dawn, Palmolive), wash your sheets, check for bedbugs, examine your pets for fleas, and avoid scratching. You may have come in contact with a plant or pest that is causing a reaction.
If it is acne or irritation, washing with mild soap (Palmolive is excellent) and avoiding tight clothes and excess heat will help. Have you worn anything new recently? Changed laundry detergents? Try and find what is coming in contact with your skin that could be causing the issue.

Its prolly keratosis pilaris. its nothing too worrysome, just not very cute. I use neutrogena's body wash for it. I'll just use my hands and coat my arms in it and let it sit as long as I can. google it and youll find a lot about it with some potential cures for it.
