Has anyone tried this? What techniques do you use and what are your experiences? I just tried it today on my bikini area and it worked great.

2 cups of sugar mixed with 1/4c of lemon juice or vinegar and 1/4c water. Then I let it simmer for 20 minutes, knowing how long to cook it for is tricky. I'd go by temperature, use a thermometer to measure the temp of your mixture, once it hits 250-260 degrees Fahrenheit its done, let it cool. There are demos online that I learned the basics from.

To apply it, you can use a Popsicle stick, apply it against your hair growth ( so on your shin that would be upward) then smooth it down pressing with your fingers. Remove it in the direction of your hair growth, so again on your shin, you would peel the sugar downward, not up like waxing.
