bad Julep polish....

I love my Julep polishes it's like mini surprises each month however I believe one of my polishes is bad...I believe this one may be 2 mo the old and because of my intense polish collection i just broke the seal on it to use and it was very goopey to say the least...it's the Sophia polish, I believe..a sheer like green with irridescent shimmer...gorgeous color but concerned..does anyone have this polish? Is this the proper texture? Has anyone returned anything to Julep before?

i would call julep and ask if they can send u another nail polish i am sub to them and havent got any bad polishes from them so i could call and ask

maybe try thinning it out with some nail polish thinner? i'm not a fan of julep because of their prices. i did get a few boxes & i know sofia was in one of them, but i've since swapped the polishes.

My Sasha was very goopey and thick, I emailed them about it and they promptly sent me a free replacement. Their customer service is awesome.
