So I'm changing my look for the new school year. I'm getting a hair cut (pic below) and I'm bleaching it so its blonde. If blonde doesn't look good, I'm going to try pink. I need a new makeup look though. Can you guys help? Pics would be appreciated.

For a more bold edgy makeup look you could try a vampy lip with a subtle winged eyeliner or for a more natural look you could try subtle brown smokey eye and nude lips.

I'm 13 so I don't really wear lipsticks. Also I look terrible with winged eyeliner because I can't do it properly. And my eyes are uneven.

I think blonde will look great. And you should try winged eyeliner just keep practicing because I think it'd look good.
