I'm going to a Ball soon, but I have no idea what to wear. I'm 16, and its a pretty fancy event. any ideas for what I might wear? nothing too pricey! and pictures please :)

I saw this dress today on Pinterest. This is so elegant and glam. I'm not sure where to find it but there are some really nice dress websites out there like netfashionavenue.com or rent one from Rent the Runway! Most dresses we will only wear once so why spend an arm and a leg?
