If you don't know then you should just in case, but I'd think any thing for your lips should last fine just like regular lipstick if its not in too hot conditions.

If there are any non-vegan products in it, then I would put it in the fridge. If it's all vegan, it should be fine!

I don't think so...but I do refrigerate mine just 'cause I have a fridge in my room if I didn't have one I'd just keep it in my room it should be okay :)
