I Started taking biotin... Does it really work? Will it make me hair healthier &. Nails nicer? & if you know how long does it take until Your nails will begin growing? 😊😊

I think I took something like that even tho I don't remember the name and it was for hair and nails.My hair kept falling so no results and for nails, they kept growing really fast and strong but I don't know if its biotins result or my natural nails are like that. :D.

It didnt work for me. I prefer vitamin E capsuals.
