I've heard good things about limecrime's velvetine liquid lipsticks- last power all day and a true red. Mac's ruby woo (riri woo is similar but slightly different) and lady danger are great reds as well but not really long lasting (have to reapply)

Ruby Woo is good. I hear the new Urban Decay Revolution is good, I haven't tried it but their old lipstick was really good (my fave) and their stuff tends to be great in the pigment area and texture, heck all around. ELF matte finish is pretty good for it's price, but not as good as the other two I listed. I like my OCC in pink and I am sure the red has just as good of coverage (been trying to decide which color of their red to tryout, myself)

Kat von d's everlasting liquid lipstick in outlaw is one of my favorites. It dries matte. It's pretty much my go-to when I feel like wearing red.

I have a red very similar to that colour called 'Marilyn' by Manic Panic can b found on EBay. Their lipsticks rock as they are long lasting, beautiful pigment and feel awesome on lips (not dry)

Sephora's shade 01 Always Red lipstain is amazing. YouTube has race reviews on it. It has better staying power, pigment and moisturizing qualities than the average red lip.
