Fingers!! I feel like a brush doesn't give the right finish and absorbs it more quickly, however I use a brush for my foundation... Weird I'm sure!! Just always make sure I was my hands first so the oils on my hands don't transfer to my face which can cause clogged pores or break outs! :)
