I have awful dandruff and I've tried so many different kinds of head and shoulders and a really strong and tingly extra strength denorex... nothing seems to get rid of it. I really need help ladies. thanks!

Maybe don't wash your hair everyday. Try every other say.

I don't use head and shoulders. Tressame works tho! And don't put conditioner on your scalp. That's what can cause it.

If you don't wash the shampoo out good enough. It will dry in your hair so that's something that could cause it.

You could also have a dry scalp. I had dandruff for a long time, then I gave up on the harsh dandruff shampoos and started using a regular shampoo and conditioner and it went away. Turns out my scalp was super dry and the dandruff shampoo was just making it worse.

You can also try tea tree oil. You can add some drops to your shampoo or just massage it into your head before you wash it.

I know it's a little pricey, like @$20 but have you tried nioxin shampoo. I got some based on recommendation from a friend for my father and it helped him a lot.
